Narendra Modi Stadium

Located near the Banks of Sabarmati river, Narendra Modi Stadium is the Largest Cricket Stadium in the world. The stadium was constructed in 1982 to flourish cricket talents in the province. Earlier, the stadium had a seating capacity of housing 49,000 cricket fans. In October 2015, Gujarat Cricket Association under the visionary leadership of the then GCA President and current Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi decided to reconstruct the stadium and make it the largest Cricket Stadium in the world. In February 2020, the redevelopment task was completed and it is now capable of accommodating more than 1.3 lakh cricket fans. The new Narendra Modi Stadium broke the record by surpassing Melbourne Cricket Ground which has the capacity to accommodate 90,000 spectators.

Mahatma Mandir

Mahatma Mandir is a convention and exhibition centre located at sector 13 C in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. It is inspired by the life and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi. It is one of the biggest convention centres in India, spread over an area of 34 acres. It was developed by the Government of Gujarat. Adalaj step well

The flamboyant 15th-century stepwell, has lost only little of its grandeur over the last few centuries. Till date, the intricate carvings on the pillars that support the five storeys are mostly intact; the beams work as pit stops for pigeons flying in and out and the structure still leaves jaws dropped for swarms of people. The step-well represents the Indo-Islamic fusion architecture that percolated through the many stepwells of the period. There are some fascinating features of the vav that make this an important emblem of superior architecture.
